What you'll do
Day-to-day
Catalogue Pricing. You will drive the delivery of the Pricing strategy through the catalogue pricing process. Take the lead in running this process, with Commercial, to ensure deadlines are met and all senior stakeholders are aligned with the outcomes. Providing insight and recommendations for pricing opportunities to ensure volumes and margins are optimised across all categories.
Continuous monitoring and reporting. You’ll be managing the ongoing CPI and SPI sign off process and the associated reporting. Daily checks of selling price and cost price changes in the system to ensure in line with expectations. Provide insight to Price Elasticity, on an on-going basis, to influence future pricing decisions.
Market price benchmarking. Continuous monitoring of competitor price changes and the reporting of this to the Commercial team. Review range pricing vs competitors to identify opportunities to increase profit delivery through price investment or price increases.
Data integrity. Data integrity is key! You’ll be regularly reviewing of all data points to check for consistent, missing data or incorrect inputs. Control procedure in place to deliver data integrity for all Commercial data inputs.
