We have a very exciting opportunity for a Tool Hire Sales Advisor, you don't need to come from our sector or have experience, but an interest in anything mechanical or electrical would be advantageous, you will have a passion for great Customer Service and Customer Sales.

You will be joining our new Flagship branch in Aintree which is due to open at the end of the year and is in a prime location, in the middle of KeyPoint, a destination of choice for trade customers within Liverpool and Merseyside.

What will I be doing?
With your learned knowledge of the products and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to profitably maximise the sale of goods.
You will have an enthusiastic approach to ensure Tool Hire sales are maximised and customer service is second to none.
You will support your Tool Hire Manager in managing all aspects of their department and business.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so you will need to adhere and be compliant to all Tool Hire processes and procedures including all Tool Hire audits and inspections.
Your working week will be 44.5 hours, our opening hours will be Monday - Friday 7am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays)
What experience do you need?
Previous experience within the Plant and Hire Industry or a good understanding of electrical, petrol and diesel equipment would be advantageous, but not essential. It doesn't matter what sector you come from, we just need transferable skills - Great Customer Service and Great Sales experience.
A full clean UK driving licence is required.
