Regional Sales Negotiator
Location: Travis Perkins - Islington

We, at Travis Perkins, have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Negotiator to join our collaborative and thriving Sales Office team based in Islington - Central London.

What you’ll do
In this role you will coordinate inbound calls and orders offering a single point of contact for pricing and ordering for our large Regional/National account customers. Linking with our Key Account Managers, Area Sales Representatives and Customer Development Representatives, you will partner with them to contribute to our sales growth through proactive customer engagement.

Key Accountabilities
Developing sales, you will need to question, probe, prepare basic objectives, plan for objections and find solutions.
Partner with internal key stakeholders, to provide high quality telephone customer service and exceptional quote provision to our highest spending customers.
Take ownership for quotes making proactive outbound calls ensuring we maintain and follow up all quotations, highlighting and recording successes and detailing reasons for failures.
In conjunction with your team and colleagues, you will proactively target new business opportunities from the Regional account customer base, introducing new and innovative products and trading solutions
Make commercial decisions to ensure products from our suppliers are reflected in our customer orders and agreements where appropriate.
Ensure all customer / supplier queries are actioned and resolved within the specified time given

Is this you?
Ideally, you have experience in an internal sales type role. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build long lasting relationships. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and it would be advantageous if you had industry, product knowledge.
