What you will do
As the Personal Assistant to the Commercial Director and two Category Directors, your days will be varied.  Ensuring the Directors lives run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, your responsibilities will include submitting expenses, hotels, along with organising other essential commitments of their day to day requirements into their diaries. Alongside this, you will also be carrying out crucial and often time-critical administrative duties, in line with the individual needs of each director.

You enjoy being kept busy and of course, you are extremely organised! Your previous experience supporting Directors within a large plc means you know just what to expect and you are able to support multiple stakeholders - juggling priorities and adapting to individual working styles comes naturally to you!  You enjoy working in a small but tight-knit and supportive team and you are able to build rapport and relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
