National Account  Manager (Construction)

Region: Midlands and South West (From Birmingham Midlands and South Wales)

We have huge ambitions for 2019 and beyond, and to keep achieving our goals we’re on the lookout for an experienced, commercially minded and a creative National Account  Manager covering Birmingham, the Midlands and the South West / Wales.. Reporting into the Sector Manager (Construction) you will look after the Construction Market. Having close involvement with the internal sales team and key suppliers, you will operate within your own defined region, maximising sales at every opportunity with our customer base by identifying trends and developing existing accounts.


We are after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities and a passion for excellence. Being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for meeting our valued customer expectations.


The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Proven ability to manage a number of key customers and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • It would be a distinct advantage having industry and product knowledge

  • Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop successful strategic plans

  • The ability to Identify sales opportunities and created solutions for customers to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties
