Job Description

Make a difference. Join our Travis Perkins family as an Administrator by adding value to our Travis Perkins Distribution teams which are based in Northampton, Tilbury & Kings Lynn.

You’ll be based at our Northampton Distribution site and will focus on supporting and coaching line managers to deliver our core people related activities across our three sites. You’ll support our management teams to self serve on our HR system and provide cover for completing our monthly payroll input activities. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partner & Distribution management team to achieve the longer term people plan across our Travis Perkins distribution network whilst supporting key projects. You’ll also proactively identify trends from analysis of our reporting such as turnover & absence to implement initiatives to drive improvements.

This role will work flexibly across our shift patterns covering predominantly the am & pm shift whilst working on the night shift on a rotational basis.

To be successful in the role you will need to have proven experience of working in a similar position. The role will be fast paced, and will require balancing multiple priorities at any one time. You will be integral to process improvements and will support the business using a consultative and influential approach.
