Job Description

Join our Travis Perkins family as a HR Administrator by adding value to our Travis Perkins Distribution teams which are based in Northampton, Tilbury & Kings Lynn.

This role is a junior HR position based in Northampton, and we're looking for someone who's had HR exposure in a previous role and is now looking for that next step in their career.  Reporting into Alice, our HR Business Partner, you'll assist with the development of the wider people strategy across the site which has a workforce of 300+.

You'll be confident in dealing with key stakeholders (Shift Managers etc) and assisting them with all HR related matters.

To be successful in the role you will need to have proven experience of working in a similar position. The role will be fast-paced, and will require balancing multiple priorities at any one time. You will be integral to process improvements and will support the business using a consultative and influential approach.
