What you'll do

This is a hybrid role with weekly travel requirements to our Contact Centre Office in Bridgwater, Somerset.

As an eBay Executive in Toolstation's Call Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our eBay customers whilst maintaining the high standards required by the platform. Working closely with the Product Lister, you'll optimise listings and collaborate with the Supply Chain, Commercial, and Distribution teams to make informed decisions on products and listings, always prioritising customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Toolstation's success on eBay by ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
 
Day-to-day

Customer Service. Using your experience to provide our eBay customers with a great experience all round. You'll respond to customers proactively and work hard to resolve their queries, whilst also providing insight to the business and teams on customer pain points.
 
Collaboration. You'll collaborate and work with different teams across the business. You'll work alongside the Contact Centre team to create processes, best practice guides and FAQs and help train colleagues on how to handle customer issues on eBay. You'll also work alongside the eBay team to support the ongoing product listings and categories optimisation so that Toolstation products receive better visibility on eBay. Lastly you'll liaise with Supply Chain, Commercial and Distribution to ensure our stock levels support running promotions on eBay.

Prioritising. You'll prioritise customer cases by identifying those eBay customers that may be more likely to leave poor or more negative reviews.

Reporting. You'll create reports and recognise customer trends to improve customer service and provide great insight. You'll proactively feedback to the eBay and Contact Centre teams on our eBay presence, identifying improvements for the future.
