Are you a qualified accountant looking for a highly commercial role with real business exposure?

We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to be based at our office in Lakeside, Northampton. Reporting into the Head of Finance (Commercial & Sales), you will play an important role as part of the Sales Leadership team by partnering with the Managing Director for Sales and his direct reports in order to drive business performance and mitigate risk. You will contribute to the wider GM finance function by working closely with the Head of Finance to provide high quality commercial and financial support to allow for improved decision making, understanding of performance drivers and actionable business intelligence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting of Sales performance to allow the Sales Leadership Team to understand and manage their performance

  • Management of the reporting of the Customer pyramid, understanding the ledgers and classification of all Customers

  • Identify opportunities to maximise performance through increased revenue and margin, reduced cost, or more optimum use of capital assets

  • Working with Leadership team to build budgets and 5 year plans, and supporting Head of Finance (Commercial & Sales) in delivery of the annual Budgeting Process for TP Merchanting

  • Ongoing working relationship with PredictX (3rd Party) to drive value from reports and suite of resources.
