We are currently recruiting for a Digital & Direct Marketing Executive to join our Travis Perkins Marketing team, supporting the implementation of the marketing plan including direct marketing, CRM, email marketing, digital and social media.

What you’ll do
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with the implementation of the Direct Marketing plan, including direct mail, email, SMS, social and digital
  • Working closely with the Marketing Analytics team to brief and interpret customer data to help define, understand and continually optimise targeted campaigns
  • Managing the existing CRM journey in line with our customer contact strategy, including acquisition, growth and retention
  • Working closely with the Marketing Planning team to deliver campaigns aligned to category objectives and the wider commercial strategy
  • Working with our external agency to deliver our social media strategy and managing the collation of content aligned to our social content pillars
  • Working with our Marketing Services team to brief in artwork and creative for campaigns to ensure campaigns land on time, in full
  • Working closely with various stakeholders in the business across the wider commercial teams

With your excellent communication and project management skills, along with your passion to deliver great results, you will build strong relationships with many stakeholders across the business. Your drive for delivering excellent service will be utilised on a daily basis, where your well organised and strong ability to plan workload will be key. We will also need you to have an understanding of marketing principles and have an understanding of the customer lifecycle.
