How important is this role to the business
Joining our friendly and hard working family as a Sales Supervisor, you will need to be able to lead and inspire a team, build loyalty, whilst being on the front line dealing with our customers that come into your branch, providing a first class service and keeping colleagues and customers safe at all times.

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, but here are a few pointers:
  • Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.
  • You’ll be responsible for a sales budget so will need to be sales driven to maximise any opportunity.
  • Working with the branch customer service assistants to ensure great customer service is achieved and add on sales.
  • Making sure our customers terms are set correctly, reducing queries and increasing trust between ourselves and our customers.
  • You’ll handle quote requests and follow-up on these as well as the branches quote bank ensuring we maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Ensuring our top customers are communicated to and looked after to ensure loyalty and discuss with our declining customers what we can do to increase their spend.
  • Work with the external sales team on customers and what's happening in the local market.
  • You’ll turn negatives to positives on our customer queries, treating everyone as a sales opportunity.
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.

What experience do you need?
This is a key customer-facing role, you will need experience in:
  • Offering Great Customer service
  • Quote Management
  • Account Management
  • Customer Invoice Queries
  • Good organisational Skills

Along with having the ability to provide great customer service and have experience in a supervisory role, we can teach you the rest.
