We are looking for someone to manage our credit systems. The ideal candidate may have an extensive background in credit management or be an experienced project or vendor manager. We at Travis Perkins are recruiting for a Group Credit Systems Manager to be based out of our head office in Northampton. Central to the Travis Perkins group, you will work cross-functionally with the Divisional Credit teams, Group Finance, IT (Development, Servicedesk, Security) and externally with numerous vendors. You will be accountable for the effective operation of the Credit systems, and will act as the TP Group lead for system development, vendor management and maximising process efficiencies.
Key accountabilities include:
Ensure the effective day-to-day running of all Credit systems and vendor services, including Square Marble, Graydon, FCS, Content Guru and Rimilia.
Project manage all TP-sponsored change requests, vendor releases and provide Product Owner/Subject Matter Expert input into Group-wide initiatives impacting Credit systems.
Provide structure and direction to team members responsible for system administration to ensure work is tackled in a logical and organised manner and be the first point of escalation for priority system issues.
Managing the contracts, defining service levels and conducting reviews with vendors, seeking input where necessary from internal stakeholders.
Develop cross-functional action plans to support the development of vendor roadmaps. This will be achieved through seeking the input of divisional subject matter experts and senior management.
Lead the rollout of major new functionality to Credit and Branch staff across all TP brands, e.g. New Customer Onboarding in Mia.
Develop management reporting to communicate key systems issues, systems performance and extract meaningful insight for distribution to Senior Management.
